Head in the game, eh?
Cast your mind back to this stage last season. Manchester United were travelling to Upton Park to take on West Ham United in a match that was crucial to their Champions League prospects.
In the build-up to the game, United's bus was attacked which caused the kick-off to be delayed by 45 minutes. During this turbulent period, Jesse Lingard decided that it would be a good idea to send the story out on social media.
Now, Lingard didn't start in United's 3-2 defeat to the Irons, but the England international rightfully received a lot of criticism because to many, his social media post was a minor but important indicator, of how his preparation for the game was going.
Well, the same thing can be said about Alberto Moreno during Liverpool's 0-0 draw with Southampton.
The Spanish defender was an unused substitute as the Reds dropped two points in the race for the Champions League and in the 37th minute, rather than focus on the match, he decided to flip a water bottle instead.
Granted, the cameras only picked up Moreno doing it for a few seconds - we hope that he spent the remainder of the 90 minutes actually watching the match - but this isn't exactly what Liverpool fans will want to see as they enter a vital period in the league.
Some found it funny, but to others, it wasn't a laughing matter.
