Could Manchester United man do the unthinkable and move to Liverpool?

They're the two most successful clubs in the country, and the thought of a player moving from one side to another is unthinkable... or is it? Not according to one report, which claims Liverpool are plotting a move for a United outcast. The Sun claim that the club are monitoring Victor Valdes, amid concerns over Simon Mignolet's current form. The former Barcelona man has hardly featured for United since arriving for free and a reported disagreement with Louis van Gaal over the summer appeared to spell the end of his time at Old Trafford. Liverpool were said to be interested in signing Valdes before he chose to move to Manchester United, and the Spaniard is said to be open to a move to Anfield.
