It looks like Conor McGregor will be donning Reebok boxing boots for the money fight to trump all money fights against Floyd Mayweather. At long last, the fight that the experts said would never ever happen, is finally going to play out in front of our very eyes. McGregor will make his professional boxing debut against arguably the greatest defensive boxer ever. 49-0 prizefighter Mayweather will be putting his flawless record on the line against a man who hasn't fought a single second as professional pugilist before. It's Batman vs Superman of the combat sports world, but everyone's crossing their fingers hoping that the fight doesn't turn out to be a crushing disappointment like that terrible crossover superhero blockbuster. For his diamond-encrusted panty night, 'The Notorious' has some typically flamboyant footwear that fit in perfectly with the 'Fuck You' suit,  the Versace robe and the tricolour gloves and green shorts we have seen him flaunt throughout the build up. White high tops with gold trim, his fight moniker emblazoned on the ankle, a 'C' on the Achilles heel and a gold lion's head donning a crown on the ankle. Have a gander at these bad boys. Say what you want about the boots, they may not be to everyone's taste, but they undoubtedly suit McGregor's personality. If nothing else, he will at the very least be turning heads with what he's wearing on his feet. If there is one issue with the boots it's the colour. Boxing is fighting, the odds of blood being spilled in the ring are very high. If this turns out to be a violent affair, we can't see them staying pristinely white for too long. He could be wearing pink boots by the time he climbs through the ropes and exits the ring. Not bad. Not bad at all.
