Recently, Conor McGregor made history by becoming the first UFC dual weight champion after he defeated Eddie Alvarez for the lightweight belt.

That wasn’t the only exciting news to come out of the fight however, as he also revealed at the post-fight press conference that he was going to be a dad.

With that news he confirmed that he would be taking some time off from the word of MMA.

Pundit Area estimate that the reported six-month hiatus will be his longest break from the sport since 2013.

It’s now being rumoured that the sportsman will use this opportunity to explore other options and a foray into the realm of professional wrestling seems to be the most likely.

A few months ago, McGregor slated the WWE and those who fought, chastising each and every one of them for imitating the fight-game.

Now however, McGregor’s agent Audie Attar has made it clear that they are open to exploring the world of WWE.

Speaking on ESPN’s 5ive Rounds Podcast, he said:

“I think it’s all about business, man. If they are going to come with an offer, we are willing to entertain it. We are here. Have their people call his people, which is me. We can have a conversation.”
