Ireland’s interim UFC champion has long been a fan of studying the animals in a bid to hone his movement in the octagon and McGregor has decided to take it one step further by deciding to purchase a tiger.
In discussing his admiration for the animal kingdom – ‘You don’t see gorillas lifting weights’ – The Notorious told CNN’s Rachel Nichols that he has ‘already begun the process of purchasing one of these animals’.
‘I believe in Vegas it can be done,’ he said, adding that he ‘would like a nice tiger’.
McGregor was also asked to compare his own bombastic style with that of US presidential candidate Donald Trump and claimed that maybe Trump ‘had taken a play out of the McGregor book’.
