Conor McGregor might spot a familiar face during Floyd Mayweather’s ring entrance

Throughout Conor McGregor's entire career, there has only been one man who was able to compete with him on the trash talk front.

It just so happens to be the same man who handed Conor McGregor his first loss inside the UFC's Octagon. We are, of course, referring to Nate Diaz. The Stockton native punched McGregor's head into a rear naked choke at UFC 196, then he took the Dubliner to the brink in the do-over, a closely-fought majority decision at UFC 202. While the two warriors appear to have earned each other's respect through battle, it's impossible to ignore the animosity these two had for each other in the build-up to their back-to-back wars. Throwing cans of energy drink at the press conference and McGregor punching Diaz's fist at the obligatory pre-fight staredown spring to mind. He has also been ripping him to shreds on social media. However, it will be impossible to tell until fight night whether or not he truly is in Mayweather's head. Mayweather may yet score some points at the very last hurdle of the race for a psychological edge. And he might do so by enlisting the help of McGregor's arch nemesis. Money Team member and friend of Mayweather, Jason Lee, told TMZ Sports that he's going to try his best to make this happen.
