Jose Mourinho confirmed the news on Thursday afternoon.
Alexis Sanchez is set to make his Manchester United debut at Huish Park on Friday evening in Manchester United's FA Cup fourth round tie against Yeovil Town.
Sanchez's move to United finally went through on Monday after weeks of rumours surrounding his future.
There has been a lot of speculation as to when the Chilean would make his first appearance in a United shirt, as United travel to Yeovil on Friday before a midweek trip to Wembley to face Tottenham Hotspur.
Mourinho revealed today that he will not be saving his superstar signing for the Spurs match, confirming that the forward will be in the squad for the FA Cup tie.

Sanchez's inclusion would suggest that United will field a strong team against the League Two side. With the Premier League title all but wrapped up by Manchester City, United may turn their focus to the FA Cup with the trophy their best chance of winning silverware this season.
It isn't clear yet where Sanchez will fit into United's starting XI, but he is more than capable of playing anywhere across the front line and given the wages United are paying him, Mourinho will likely build the team around his new signing.
The last time United travelled to Huish Park, under Louis van Gaal in 2014/15, Ander Herrera scored this stunning goal.
