Chris Sutton and Michael Owen disagree on the Premier League's best English player
It got a bit heated on Saturday, when the BT Sport panel faced a question on the best English player currently playing in the Premier League.
Robbie Savage posed the question which caused fierce debate as Michael Owen claimed there was no candidate more fitting than Tottenham Hotspur centre-forward Harry Kane.
"It has to be Harry Kane. Who else is there?" Owen responded, prompting a reaction of disbelief from fellow pundit Chris Sutton.
Sutton insisted that the question should be addressed with the caveat that the players ought to be judged on current form and then gave his pick.
"James Milner!" Sutton fired back. "We’re talking about here and now… James Milner."
Ronaldo's red card? 😂
Mbappe or Neymar? 🤔
Should Spurs rest Kane? 👀

Savage and Emile Heskey got behind Sutton's claim that Milner is the most in-form Englishman in the Premier League but Dean Saunders wasn't so sure.
Milner has looked sensational in Liverpool's perfect start to the season and will play a vital role for Reds boss Jurgen Klopp throughout what many predict will be a legitimate title challenge.
Kane, meanwhile, has been scrutinised for a somewhat slow start to the campaign, prompting questions over whether Mauricio Pochettino might be wise to rest his talisman after a hectic World Cup in Russia.
