It seems Fred is still haunted by Brazil's abysmal World Cup exit a year ago.

The 31-year-old produced an embarrassing entry for miss of the season during Fluminense's clash with Santos, just five days shy of the first anniversary of the "7-1". Although he opened the scoring, Fred then messed up an easier chance when Wellington Silva crossed the ball into his path.
