Francis Ngannou has spoken for the first time since his controversial defeat to Tyson Fury on Saturday.
Fury won the bout via split decision but didn't have it all his own way after being knocked down by the former UFC star in the third round with a sweet left hook shot.
The Gypsy King struggled to find his rhythm at times and didn’t look like his usual self against a fighter who was competing in a professional boxing bout for the first time in his career.
Screenshots of the judges' official scorecards have caused even more controversy surrounding the outcome of the result, with many feeling that Ngannou was left hard done by.
Now, speaking for the first time after the fight, Ngannou posted a six-word tweet that summed up his feelings towards the defeat and mocking Fury's post-fight comments. He said: "Table tennis champion of the world," captioning a photo of him knocking down the Gypsy King.
Ngannou wasn't done there and also shared LeBron James' tweet which said: "Exactly why i don't watch boxing! C'mon man!"
He also called out the judges' following the leaking of the scorecards, responding: "This boxing world wild but some judges should be responsible for their actions. This type of stuff is what f***s up people's career."
