Perhaps one of the most admirable things about Barcelona's recent success is that it has been built on foundations of a good youth policy.

Along with the likes of Lionel Messi and Andreas Iniesta, the club's world-renowned La Masia youth academy schooled over forty players across Europe's top five divisions last season. Judging by this video, it appears that Barca have another star in the making on their books. Sergi Oriol could be a name we hear more of in years to come, but for now, he represents the club's under 12s.
