The 26-year-old talks us through the mentality, preparation and thrill of vaulting the bar, whilst the stunning GoPro footage captures the action in amazing quality. "Vaulting is a rush," explains Stokke. "It's so frustrating but I think that's what makes it so fun. It's like a puzzle...it's like seven seconds of tunnel vision."
