Both of these symbiotic facets of his makeup were acutely evident in Wednesday's Champions League tie with Atletico Madrid, when he was incorrigible. The cocksure Spaniard was pitted against temperamental Croatian Mario Mandžukić, and spend most of game slowly bringing him to boiling point. This video shows him regularly smiling and gesturing at the striker in a manner that was not appreciated. The 20-year-old picked an argument with Ramos and the response was brutal. Ramos mockingly asked Giménez to turn around. He wanted to see the back of his shirt so he knew who the f*ck he was talking to. Ouch.
