This is defnitive proof that England fans should be picking the England team
Get that man a beer. Or a blue WKD at the very least.
Much to the disgust of every single Englishman, Jamie Vardy had been frozen out of England's Euro 2016 opener against Russia. With Gareth Bale's long range free-kick giving Wales a half-time lead in Lens, England fans were once again calling for the Leicester man to be added to the mix.
This time, the England manager buckled under the pressure and listened to a group of football supporters that clearly know a great deal more than he does about his squad.
As if any proof was ever needed that football fans know more than the individuals paid large amounts of money to pick the sides, this was it.
If Megan had been in charge, the game would have been won by half-time...
Same with Mark...
Should have started Vardy imo

Vardy should have started instead of Kane or Lallana imo

And some fella called Gleen who has a Twitter avatar of Elmo from sesame Street.
No idea why Vardy never started. Would've comfortably saved Bales free kick

You can keep your decades worth of managerial experience and every coaching badge under the sun: listen to the people Roy. We're always, always right.
And not just right on Vardy... right on Sturridge too.
