Brought to you by Taste of London. Please drink responsibly.
Today, Taste of London is opening its doors for five sun-filled days of feasting, fire, and flavour in the heart of Regent’s Park.
Get ready to indulge in some of the city’s best restaurants, Michelin-starred chefs, and live entertainment – all set against the ultimate summer vibes.
Whether you just want to spend a few hours tucking into some seriously tasty dishes or you fancy levelling up your own culinary skills, Taste of London is the place to be over the next few days.
Here is just a sample of what you can expect from the festival:
Must-Try Menu Items
The best way to enjoy Taste of London is with a plate of something yummy in hand, and this year's menu from London's leading restaurants offers guests exactly that. Snack on Los Mochis' decadent Truffle Guacamole on Crispy Rice or awaken your tastebuds with Bébé Bob's Sour Cream Soft Serve and Caviar. The meat-lovers among us will appreciate Smoke & Salt's 24-hour Pulled Beef Rarebit while Eataly will be bringing the dolce vita vibes via their Polpo All'Arrabbiata Grilled Octopus in Nduja Sauce, topped off with Fresh Summer Truffle.

If a Sunday roast is your vibe, check out Lore of the Land, who will be plating up a Leg of Lamb Stuffed Yorkshire Pudding. Bocconcino, meanwhile, will be serving drama on a plate with their Truffle Pasta, which comes straight from their Grana Padano PDO cheese wheel. Empire Empire's Kale Patta Chaat will be bringing the flavour while Flesh & Buns will be serving up their perfectly crispy Black Cod Bao and southern-inspired Smoked Brisket Bao.
That's not all - other restaurants gracing Taste of London this year include Manzi's, Chai Wu, ZIMA Restaurant, Le Petit Beefbar, Roka, Roti King and Oblix at the Shard.
There will also be plenty of ways to indulge your sweet tooth at Taste. Hit up Norma for their Pistachio Cannolo filled with orange blossom-scented ricotta and enjoy Bone Daddies' Strawberry Shortcake Matcha Serve.

Foodie Workshops and Experiences
Taste of London isn’t just about sampling some of the city’s best dishes, it’s also about getting yours hands dirty and learning from the pros.
The fiery centrepiece of the festival is the Taste Fire Pit, hosted by DJ BBQ. Pop by flame-fuelled chef demonstrations from John Chantarasak, Elizabeth Haigh and Jay Morjaria.

Hannah Harley Young will be hosting the Taste Cook School - an intimate cooking class where you can get top tips from the likes of Melissa Hemsley, Natalia Rudin, Chantelle Nicholson and Big Zuu, to name a few.
To get a thorough understanding of Korean cooking, check out K-Food BBQ Cook School, where host Julian Brown will be joined by Judy Joo, Michelin-starred Woongchul Park, and many more for their top grilling tips and tricks.
Taste Sessions with The Royal Parks will be the go-to place for all things wellness, nature, and sustainability, with interactive sessions and masterclasses. This year’s lineup includes Bringing Matcha into Your Lifestyle with Matcha and Beyond, What is Sustainability in Wine with Rob Buckhaven, and Growing Your Own Herbs with Hackney Herbal.
Taste will also be playing host to an impressive roster of drinks workshops – from espresso martini making with illy to Mastercard Cocktail Masterclasses with Jack Daniel’s and el Jimador. For a bit of luxe, stop by the Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Bar or Miraval Spirit of the Riveria Yacht to sip the day away in style.
