Just kidding, she only came in second place.
Anyway, there is in existence today a competition which sets out to find, as the name suggests, the world's ugliest dog. It's a brutal idea, especially since the concept of an ugly dog doesn't actually exist. All dogs are adorable, they just land on varying levels of adorability.
