According to BuzzFeed, Facebook is currently testing out a 'shop section' which will allow users to buy products from certain companies via a 'buy' button on their page.
Virtually every brand you can think of has representation on Facebook to keep fans up to date with the various products they have available.
Rather than going to another website for your purchases, you will soon be able to shop directly via the Facebook page.
Facebook tried something similar with the likes of Gap and Gamestop in 2011 and it proved unsuccessful, but time moves quickly in the Internet world and online shopping through sites like Google and Twitter is now commonplace.
