Trump’s spiritual advisor leads group in bizarre prayer service to secure re-election

“I hear a sound of victory. The lord says it is done. I hear victory, victory, victory, victory, victory.”

Donald Trump’s spiritual advisor has led a group of his supporters in an impassioned and frankly bizarre prayer service in an attempt to secure the president’s re-election.

Paula White, who is a chair of the famously religious Donald Trump’s evangelical advisory board, prayed that Trump would be re-elected, as the US presidential election draws to a close.

Speaking to a crowd who reacted with thunderous applause, White said: “I hear a sound of victory. The lord says it is done. I hear victory, victory, victory, victory, victory. For angels are being dispatched right now.”

You may remember White for a clip that was shared back during the 2016 US election, where she said that the “angels are being dispatched” to help the Republican president win.

Footage of the recent prayer service has been shared widely on social media:

While plenty of votes remain to be counted, Trump’s lead has dwindled to the point that Joe Biden is now in pole position to win the election.

Meanwhile, Trump has been airing his grievances on his Twitter page, complaining about mail-in ballots and threatening to take legal action over a number of key states.
