Pastor Mark Blitz, who is not at all getting carried away, reckons that because this solar event happens on the first day of spring and the first day of the Jewish religious calender, it’s going to be a “Day of Judgement”.

“In Jewish tradition, a total solar eclipse is a warning to the Gentiles and a sign of judgment on the nations," he said.
"When we look at where the darkness will be, it will be in northern European countries like England and Sweden where we see the rise of Islam and anti-Israel sentiment. Europeans especially should take heed.”
It's a bit of a bummer for us, really, as we don't officially launch until Sunday...
