Every year, a list of the most popular baby names appears in the media.

In 2014, Oliver, Harry and Jack were the most popular names for baby boys in England and Wales. But what about the other end of the spectrum? As pointed out by an article in the Independent, there are some names that are likely to never to be written on a birth certificate again. These are the list of names that were popular in 1996 but have fallen dramatically in recent years.
