Soulja Boy rose to fame in 2007 with his songs 'Crank That' and 'Kiss Me Through The Phone', and has been relatively quiet in the music scene since.
Local media reports in California said that mudslides and flooding shut down the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu near the Los Angeles and Ventura County line on Saturday.
