Montreal police are investigating a video featuring a man wearing a Joker mask who vows to wreak 'vengeance' on Muslims.

The individual is supposedly from the French-speaking province of Quebec in eastern Canada. He intends to kill one Arab per week "in retaliation to the destruction Muslims have done to my society." The masked man speaks in French, and threatens, "As of next week, there will be murders all across Quebec. We will eliminate all of them, one by one. Islam has harmed us enough."
