Jackass star Bam Margera has been arrested after being accused of kicking a woman.
The 43-year-old skateboarder and stunt performer was taken in by San Diego County Sheriff's deputies after they were called to a home in Escondido, California, in the early hours of the morning.
Margera has recently split from his long-term partner, Nikki Boyd.
The alleged incident was reported by his new girlfriend, who claimed the film star kicked her.
He was taken to the Vista Detention Facility on a 'charge of corporal injury on a current or former spouse, cohabitant, dating partner or fellow parent'.
Margera posted the $50,000 bail a day after he was arrested (March 3rd) and he was allowed to go.
The District Attorney's office hasn't filed any charges yet as they will have to be able to 'prove them beyond a reasonable doubt'.
It's unclear if any charges will be filed in the future over the alleged incident.
This latest incident comes shortly after Bam's wife Nicole Boyd filed for divorce.
People magazine obtained court documents stating that she filed to legally separate on Tuesday (14 Feburary), citing irreconcilable differences.
She claims they broke up back in September 2021 but she now felt "compelled" to legally separate due to Margera's substance abuse and "erratic behaviour".
Boyd has asked for legal and physical custody of their five-year-old son Phoenix, allowing Margera visitation rights in the Los Angeles County region.
In a statement shared with People, Boyd's attorney David Glass said: "Nikki Margera felt compelled to file for legal separation from her husband, Bam Margera, due to his continuing drug and alcohol abuse, erratic behavior, and due to his failure to provide support for her and their son.
"Nikki has put everything she has into trying to get Bam to stay sober, and to trying to preserve her family."
