Joe Biden has taken the lead in Pennsylvania. If he wins the state, he will have more than 270 electoral college votes and become president-elect. Donald Trump's campaign are calling foul play in whichever way they can, but the writing is on the wall: Biden is winning. Pennsylvania is a hugely important state in this election, carrying 20 votes. Previously republican, it appears to be flipping blue this afternoon in the most significant moment of the race. The people of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania are celebrating, and who can blame them?
