Only 10% of people can figure out the missing word in this 1% Club riddle.
We love nothing better than to sit down and yell at the TV when playing along with a quiz show, and none can be as frustrating as The 1% Club.
This question was correctly answered by 10 percent of people, so it's not unwarranted to be baffled by it.
Competitors were asked to fill in the blank on the sentence in a limited amount of time.
The quizmaster asks: "Read this sentence carefully and then read it back. What is the missing word?"
The riddle asks: "Was it a *** or a cat I saw?"
The brainteaser was a heavy challenge to those taking part, leading to bamboozeld looks among the players.
Once the time is up, the presenter revealed the answer to be 'car'.
The reason being: "The sentence reads the same backwards and forwards."
