New GTA game rumoured for surprise drop this year

Fans of GTA have been waiting for years for a remastered GTA 4, and it seems now may be the time.

With GTA 6 delayed until May next year, an insider at Rockstar Games has hinted that GTA 4 may fill the gap.

The game is set to be transported to modern consoles within the year.

Community member Tez2 is a known insider, trusted for sharing scoops from within Rockstar Games over the years.

He recently took to the GTA Forums to reveal the interesting information regarding the future re-releases of the iconic Rockstar Games titles.

When asked about the GTA 4 remastering, he suggested the delay of GTA 6 has moved the remastered game up a year, meaning it could be released as soon as this year.
