Co-defendant Daniel Bogunovic, 27, of Leicester, was also convicted of membership of National Action.
Thomas was also convicted on a majority verdict of owning a bomb-making manual - the Anarchist's Cookbook.
Reacting to the guilty verdicts handed down to members of National Action in Birmingham today, Nick Lowles CEO of HOPE not hate, said: "We welcome these guilty verdicts. It confirms our long-held analysis, based on our investigations, that the threat of far-right terrorism is growing.
