More arrests have been made in relation to the Nice attacks

French authorities have arrested two more people in connection to the Nice lorry attack which left more than 80 people dead.

According to the BBC, a man and a woman have been brought in by police on the French Riviera.

The death toll from the Bastille Day attack reached 84 after a truck driver drove into crowds of revellers.

And the BBC reports that seven people – including the estranged wife of the perpetrator – have been held by authorities.

Tributes have been paid to the victims, with people sharing powerful cartoons in a show of solidarity in the aftermath of the attack.

Clement Sordet, a French golfer taking part in the Open at Royal Troon, shared a ‘Pray for Nice’ message on his cap throughout the opening round of the tournament.
