A major power outage has hit London knocking out Underground services and the Elizabeth line.
The current power failure is ongoing and widespread disruption has left many making alternative travel plans in the capital.
The Bakerloo line and Waterloo & City lines are suspended while there are no trains between London Bridge and Finchley Road on the Jubilee line.
The Northern line is also suspended between Euston Kennington and south of Stockwell.
Meanwhile the Elizabeth line is not running between Abbey Wood and Paddington with all lines experiencing delays.
The outage is believed to have happened in south-west London at around 14:30BST.
The power is back, but the knock-on effects will be far-reaching.
The news follows on from major power outages in Spain, Portugal, Andorra and parts of France two weeks ago.
In that instance, it took up to ten hours for the power to return, crippling much of the infrastructure on and around the Iberian peninsula.
Despite rumours around renewables not keeping up with demand, it is not yet known or confirmed the cause of that blackout.
