‘Looksmaxxing’ influencer Clavicular charged with rape and drugging woman for sex

The controversial influencer faces a number of charges.

The controversial internet personality, real name Braden Peters, is facing up to 20 years in prison after being charged with rape and drugging a woman for sex, if found guilty.

He has also been accused of procuring alcohol for a minor, which is under the age of 21 in the US.

The charges, which were first reported by The Bulwark, date back to an incident on May 23, 2025, in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, as per court records.

The 20-year-old was charged on 8 September and is set to appear in court next month.

Peters denies the allegations.

A representative for Clavicular, Mitchell Jackson, said the outlet was “exaggerating” in its report and that Clavicular had not been served with an arrest warrant.

“Braden Peters has not been physically served. As usual the Bulwark is exaggerating,” Jackson said in a text message Monday night.

An arraignment was scheduled for Oct. 14, according to the court records.
