The Israel and Iran war has been raging for 12 days now as US President Donald Trump dubbed the conflict the 12-day war.
However, Trump may have spoken too soon, after Israel reported that Iran had fired more missiles at them after the ceasefire had been agreed.
In response to this Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz issued a statement saying he has ordered the Israel Defense Forces to "respond forcefully to Iran's violation of the ceasefire with intense strikes against regime targets in the heart of Tehran".
Iran haven't confirmed the attack, but Iran's foreign minister said earlier that it would only stop its attacks if Israel did the same, potentially reigniting the Israel and Iran war.
However, Iran has since denied firing the missile at Israel after the cease fire begun.
The war between Israel and Iran erupted after Israel decided to attack Iran in order to nullify what they claimed was a nuclear threat, something Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has repeated for many years.
Iran has long had stockpiles of Uranium, but only enriched to 5%, enough for creating nuclear energy.
However, in recent weeks, the nuclear watchdog found Iran had 60% enriched uranium, a level which has little purpose but as a marker on the road to 90% enrichment, enough for a nuclear warhead.
Iran had been somewhat complying with the west in a nuclear deal where it was removing its stockpile of uranium, however, after Donald Trump ended this deal in early May.
This deal was seeing Iran reduce its nuclear activity in exchange for reduced sanctions from the west.
However, on multiple occasions, tensions had incited Iran to enrich uranium up to 60%, such as in April 2021 when a sabotage attack struck the Natanz enrichment plant.
