Historian makes a complete mockery of a nonsensical claim made by Donald Trump

Donald Trump is currently under pressure and experiencing intense media scrutiny after a New York Times report claimed the president asked former FBI director James Comey to drop an investigation into Michael Flynn, his former national security adviser. https://twitter.com/JOE_co_uk/status/864885506315780096 The Trump administration denied the report, and the president faced further scrutiny when the Washington Post reported that he divulged highly classified material to Russian diplomats in a meeting. So, it's been an eventful few weeks for Trump, even by his own standards. He used an address to graduates of the Coast Guard Academy in Connecticut on Wednesday to hit back at his critics "Look at the way I've been treated lately, especially by the media," Trump said.

"No politician in history, and I say this with great surety, has been treated worse or more unfairly."
