Here’s an astronaut’s view of Hurricane Patricia, the strongest ever recorded

This is simply breathtaking.

In case you didn’t already know, Hurricane Patricia is about to hit the Pacific coast of Mexico.

With a name like Patricia, it was always going to be more dangerous than a Patrick, but its 200mph winds mean it has actually become the strongest hurricane ever recorded.

Just how big is that hurricane? Well, astronaut Scott Kelly shared this view from the International Space Station.
