It’s no surprise to see that London absolutely dominates the list of the 10 most expensive streets in Britain, in terms of the average property value, according to Zoopla.
Despite London’s dominance, there has been a sharp fall in value of homes on its most expensive streets. This being said, living on one of these top 10 most streets will still cost you a pretty penny.
Brexit uncertainty and tax changes have seen a large amount of value being wiped off some of Britain’s most expensive properties, but Kensington Palace Gardens in west London tops the list of the most expensive streets in Britain – it has an average property value of £35.7m. This being said, that figure does represent a £2.5m reduction in value from last year.
If you’re thinking of moving into the area, you better start saving because the average property value is just above £35m.
