Dave Myers made a welcome return to This Morning as he gave viewers an update on his health.
The celebrity chef, who is one half of the Hairy Bikers alongside his best mate Si King, was revealed last year that he was undergoing chemotherapy for cancer.
Since then, he has understandably taken a step back from his television duties as he underwent treatment for the illness.
But on Wednesday, he was back on our screens alongside Si as the pair made an appearance on This Morning as part of the show's cooking segment.
Before the much-loved duo began cooking, Holly Willoughby asked Dave how he was doing, with her and co-host Phillip Schofield saying he looked "really well."
He replied: “I’m doing very well, it’s so nice to be back."
He then voiced his relief that his iconic locks had started growing back following chemo.
"It's a work in progress but I've got my hair back and I'm feeling great. It's the healthy eating you see that does it! No, I'm doing really well," he said.
And Si couldn't hide his joy at having his cooking partner back, joking "He's just as irritating so it's great," before giving him a hug and a kiss.
The pair then whipped up some lamb koftas with a wholemeal couscous salad and lemon and tahini dressing, a recipe taken from their new book 'The Hairy Dieter: Eat Well Every Day.'
Dave noted that his battle against cancer has made healthy food even more important for him as he focuses on his recovery.
“It's important that I build my immune system up now,” he explained.
Viewers at home were equally delighted to see Dave back on their screens and looking so well.
One Twitter user said: "Nice to see Dave Myers looking well after his cancer battle #ThisMorning."
Another said: "@HairyBikers Brilliant to see Dave on This Morning. He looks great!"
A third added: "So pleased to see the Hairy Bikers together on the show today."
And a fourth tweeted: "Awww #thehairybikers do love each other, glad to see Dave looking well and hair growing back.”
