A huge 800-mile long storm is set to hit the UK next week, according to weather maps.
Currently, the country has been experiencing some pleasant September sunshine, with temperatures on reaching the mid 20s in some areas.
But it sounds like you should make the most of it, because this is all about to change.
From next week, temperatures look set to drop to more typical autumnal levels, and there's rain on the way.
According to WXCharts' weather maps, aided by Metdesk data, some parts of the UK should brace to be hit by a heavy rain and strong winds as a storm arrives on British shores.
The as-yet-unnamed storm is set to sweep in from September 29, but some reports are suggesting parts of the county could experience gale force winds of up to 70km as early as September 23, according to LBC.
Jim Dale, senior meteorologist and founder of British Weather Services, said the strong winds and rain could be down to a potent Atlantic jet stream.
This is the name given to the core of winds which travel from west to east approximately five to seven miles above the Earth's surface.
This affects the weather we experience down here on the ground.
Heavy rain is predicted to hit the UK all the way from the north of Scotland to the south of England, so you'll be lucky to escape it.
The Met Office's forecast for September 22-October 1 currently reads: "Showers or longer spells of rain, heavy and perhaps thundery, will affect parts of England and Wales at first, especially in the south and southwest but tending to ease away to the southeast early next week."
This comes after parts of central and eastern Europe have experienced catastrophic rain and flooding as a result of Storm Boris.
At least 21 people have died as a result of the flooding in Poland, the Czech Republic, Austria and Romania.
Parts of Italy have since been placed on high alert with heavy rain forecast for the Emilia-Romagna and Lazio regions.
