Eminem to open a restaurant called Mom’s Spaghetti
Spaghetti sandwich is set to be a best-seller
American rap legend Eminem is opening up a restaurant called Mom's Spaghetti on his Detroit home turf.
In a video shared to the restaurant's Twitter account, the rapper shared a commercial that was also shown on a local Detroit TV station last week.

Eminem, real name Marshall Mathers, is seen throwing up a Chinese takeout container with the Mom's Spaghetti branding across it.
The restaurant is due to open at 2131 Woodward Ave, Detroit, on September 29th.
Mom's Spaghetti is in reference to the 48-year-olds 2002 iconic single "lose yourself", in which he raps: "His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy / There's vomit on his sweater already, mom's spaghetti."
The ad itself almost resembles a classic Japanese style advertisement, complete with spinning graphics, animated flames, and a slightly gruff voice over.
People have been, pardon the pun, eating it up online.
"Eminem opens Mom's Spaghetti on September 29th, then he drops Lose Yourself 2 which is on the Soundtrack for 8 Mile 2. Dont take me serious, just trying to speak it into existence," tweeted one fan.
Another said: "Me to Eminem Sir -" Properly promote your next album. "Eminem - "Bringing back mom's spaghetti."
Last year amid the height of the pandemic, Eminem donated Spaghetti alongside his partners Union Joints restaurant group. The food went to feeding frontline workers. The rapper has also been known to host pop-ups across the states, with the most notable being at Coachella.
But this fan isn't convinced: "Every day I can't stand the fact that he did this promo ad all those yrs ago and basically consigned every corny moms spaghetti joke ever made…… ever since he's been making it his actual brand …. Like is it even good???"
