One of Diddy's 'freak-off' videos will reportedly be played in court.
Prosecutors and Diddy's attorneys went back and forth with the Judge this morning about how the video would be played, reports TMZ.
Diddy and Cassie's defense team didn't want the video or the audio getting out to the public so prosecutors have proposed that it is only played for jurors who will have to wear headphones to listen to the video.
Those seated in the gallery will not be able to see or hear the video.
This includes reporters.
The video will reportedly be sent into evidence this afternoon, says TMZ.
The defense have also revealed that they wish to raise the issue of a bar fight involving Cassie.
While initially dismissed as irrelevant, the Judge agreed that it is relevant as the incident involved drug use by Cassie.
The defense say that this shows Cassie using drugs outside of her relationship with Diddy.
