Burger King is bringing its hottest ever burger to the UK in the coming days, and the fast food chain has made the announcement suitably dramatic.

The red-hot ‘Angriest Whopper’ – sequel to what is presumably now a comparably timid ‘Angry Burger’ – crams flame-grilled beef, spicy onions, jalapeños and extra hot sauce into a ‘raging red bun’, along with your standard cheese, lettuce etc. Basically, it sounds like a death wish for anyone with a hangover, but well worth trying for those who like to chase the fire.
In case the ingredients aren’t an emphatic enough statement, Burger King also released this Hollywood-esque teaser for the new Whopper’s arrival.

The Angriest Whopper is available in the UK from April 4 until June 1, priced at £4.99 for the sandwich, and £6.99 for a meal. We’ll certainly be trying one, so we’ll let you know if we come out the other side in one piece.
