Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy teaches defence to Donald Trump’s infamous handshake

Just in case you ever need it.

Donald Trump isn’t the only person to ever use a handshake as a means to assert early dominance.

We’ve all met someone who squeezes too hard or shakes too violently or pulls you into them.

It’s weird!

And while we don’t advocate violence here at JOE, sometimes it may be necessary to let the dodgy shaker know what’s what by defending yourself.

Luckily, Robin Gieseler, a fourth-degree black belt at the Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Academy has just the technique for you.

Having been presented with a question on how to deal with the infamous Trumpshake, Gieseler explained how you should move into the perpetrator, step around with the outside leg, wrap around the elbow, bend the wrist and switch hands over the knuckles in a wristlock known as a “goose neck.”

We hope you never need to use it but, hey, you never know.
