QUIZ: How well do you know NOW That's What I Call Music?
Quiz time because NOW 100 is finally here!
What a milestone. NOW That's What I Call Music has reached 100 volumes (listen here) and it's going as strong as ever before. Don't believe me? Last year it sold 3.2 million copies - that's more than what Ed Sheeran sold and he's currently the UK's biggest selling artist.
If you're unfamiliar with the series, firstly what have you been doing with your life? Secondly it's a series of various artist compilations that have showcased some of the world's best music year to year for the past 35 years.
The brainchild of Richard Branson and some of his Virgin Records executives, it has gone on to be the most successful and most recognised compilation series of all-time.
Do you remember your first NOW album? Mine was NOW 31. I seem to specifically remember wearing the tape out because I kept playing Dana Dawson's "3 Is Family" over and over again. What a time to be alive, right? A time when to hear a song again you had to press rewind on a tape deck, wait at least 30 seconds and then hope you found the start of it.
To celebrate the release of NOW 100 we thought we'd put your musical knowledge to the test and see how well you know the NOW That's What I Call Music series.
That's right: QUIZ TIME!
