Yep, a hand-held cannon for shooting down drones.

British engineering firm Openworks have developed a design for a new weapon: The SkyWall 100, a net-firing rocket launcher capable of bringing down aerial drones from a height of 330ft. Lightweight and ergonomic, the 10 kg (22 lb.) device is portable and can be reloaded in under eight seconds. You know, just incase you have to do battle with multiple drones at once. The company believe that the recent rise in personal drones will create a demand for tools that protect personal airspace. No more nosey neighbours or interfering government busybodies. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6uu4yoi0TqY Chris Down, Managing Director of OpenWorks, said:
“OpenWorks Engineering believes that security enforcement authorities need a cost-effective and proportionate way of protecting the public and high profile individuals and we wanted to put a system on the market that offered just that. Authorities around the world have been looking for a system like this and we are proud to continue the tradition of British innovation in the security industry.
According to Down, the battle for sky-dominance can only be won by people and from the ground.
The proliferation of cheap and easy to fly drones has triggered a rise in the number of incidents where the safety and security of individuals and facilities has been compromised. They have infiltrated the security of heads of state, delivered contraband into prisons and photographed private film sets and celebrity's property.
