So it's safe to say we were amazed when skydiver Guillermo Conde achieved just that, while falling to earth from a plane.
The Spaniard knew he had to work quickly, as the challenge required him to finish the notoriously tricky puzzle before opening his parachute.
For some, the pressure of a skydive might put you off your game, but that wasn't the case for Conde. He even had time to check his work before opening his chute for the descent into the picturesque Dubai Marina.
He's only been solving Rubik's Cubes for five years, too, so maybe there's still time for us to break his record.
