This is pretty sickening. When you've checked into your brand new hotel room, you assume everything is going to be squeaky clean, with all traces of the previous guests erased by housekeeping. Alas, one unfortunate Reddit user found this is not always true. They apparently 'heard something crinkle when they settled in for the night' in the hotel bed, and peeled back the fitted sheet to reveal a note. FJPBe9LoeGKIlJmiEePWGJoaMpK0IeExSsaP3iumxzs
'If you're reading this, then house keeping did not change your sheets!'
Shudder. Our advice? Your best bet is to strip the sheets off the bed entirely when you're leaving the room, as a courtesy to both housekeeping and the next guest. Images via Reddit
