This brilliant hack will increase your iPhone storage massively

That b*stard pop-up on an iPhone telling you your storage is running out is THE MOST HATED notification of all time. But some beautiful genius has discovered a hack that will give you extra space. And we can confirm, it’s legit (we freed up a whole extra 1GB). The trick was discussed on the Reddit iPhone forum and is obviously now being shared all over the internet. To activate it, go to Settings – General – About and check your available storage. Then go to iTunes and try rent something really big like Lord of The Rings: Two Towers. As iTunes tries to download the film you’ll get a pop up saying there’s not enough space. Click OK. Then something technologically magical happens and certain apps will appear as “cleaning.” Then when you return to your available storage the available space will have grown.
