There are parts of the UK where you can barely watch a YouTube video without it pausing 10 times, such is the poor quality of Internet.

slowinternet People in those areas will be casting envious glances at the list below, which lists the ten countries in the world with the fastest Internet speed, according to a report from content delivery network provider Akamai. Akamai claim to process two trillion internet transactions a day, giving them access to a wealth of data which enabled them to produce a number of interesting findings in their State of the Internet report. Those findings include the countries in the world with the fastest connection speeds, in terms of the average connection speeds and the average peak connection speeds, based on data collected in the third quarter of 2015. Maybe we’ll get there someday.
