It's not looking too bad for jobseekers in the UK.
A study conducted by Glassdoor Economic Research has revealed this country is among the best in Europe for people seeking a new job.
In fact, only Estonia and Norway are higher on the list.
16 countries were included in the research took into account such factors as unemployment rates, involuntary part-time work and the employment gap, which compares current employment rates to pre-crisis ones.
