Playboy feature the first transgender Playmate in their 64-year history

Barely a month after the passing of Hugh Hefner, and his open-minded nature and all-around inclusiveness continues to live on with his magazine, as Playboy are set to feature their first transgender Playmate in the publication's 64-year history. https://twitter.com/Playboy/status/920718635387293700?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw   26-year-old Ines Rau is a French model of North African descent and will take the coveted spot in the centrefold of the first issue of the magazine since Hefner's passing. In her interview with magazine, Rau states: "I lived a long time without saying I was transgender. I dated a lot and almost forgot. I was scared of never finding a boyfriend and being seen as weird. "Then I was like, You know, you should just be who you are. It’s a salvation to speak the truth about yourself, whether it’s your gender, sexuality, whatever. The people who reject you aren’t worth it. It’s not about being loved by others; it’s about loving yourself."
