Crisitan Montenegro has documented his relationship with the doll - who goes by the name Natalia - and has plans to marry her.

They have already had two children together and have now recently welcomed a third into their life.

In a clip posted to social media, Montenegro revealed intimate images from the hospital shortly after she had given birth with the caption: "Welcome Sammy Montenegro."

So far, the clip has amassed over 3m views with viewers sending in mixed messages.

"Congratulations to you and your family," one user wrote.

Another said: "He is so beautiful that he looks like a little baby doll."

Montenegro initially began dating Natalia after spending a number of years single, eventually falling in love and deciding that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her.

Although they still have plans to get married they have had to delay the wedding ceremony following the recent arrival of their third child.

During his relationship Cristian has received a number of hateful messages and has even confronted his viewers who voiced their concerns about the relationship.

"If it weren't for the dolls, I would be more alone than anyone. At least I have something," he said.

"With my Natalia, we watch TV and talk about everything.

"They don't know how much I love her."
