Kim Kardashian shows off secret tattoo with special meaning for first time

'Yeah you guys, there's something you don’t know about me'

During the episode, while speaking to Chris Appleton, Kim's hairstylist, she dropped the absolute bombshell that she's been hiding a tattoo for the past four years.

The 43-year-old then shared the small tattoo which was done on the inside of her bottom lip.

In the episode, Chris joked that Kim should have a tattoo done with him after they go to see Usher in concert together, suggesting her to get one on her little toe.

Kim replied: "No, I don't do feet tattoos. No."

Chris then hinted towards Kim's secret lip tattoo as he pointed to her mouth and said: "Really? Didn't you do something?"

Kim then made the huge confession, saying to fans: "Yeah. You guys. There's something you don’t know about me."

Kim then pulled down her bottom lip to show off her ink to which Chris asked her what it is.

Kim revealed that it was an infinity sign (gasp!).

She admitted that she got the ink with a group from Saturday Night Live who all got the tattoo on a night out.

Kim said: "The night of SNL, when I hosted SNL. Me and all my friends got matching tattoos and everyone got them on their hands and I was like there is not a shot I will get a tattoo. But I finally put a bumper sticker on a Bentley."

Kim added: "This is how you celebrate SNL, by getting a tattoo at 4:30 in the morning."
